Satia Industries Ltd., a major Agro pulp based writing & printing paper producer in Punjab, has been running with its new hydraulc headbox on PM1 to meet the demand of better paper quality and higher machine speed.

The new hydraulic headbox supplied to M/s. Satia Paper is a DynaFlo E design without dilution control system but having pulse attenuator (PD tank). After some modification on the attenuator and the approach flow system, the new headbox is running now satisfactorily, the 2-Sigma reaches 1.0 within a profile of 2.2 meters at reel producing 60 GSM.
